An excerpt from my healing sessions with a local Reiki-healer and spiritual guide. We begin with a Reiki session and then I do a guided meditation with her. We see where it will take us each time.

Today I went back to another lifetime. I was a young man, about mid-teens in age. I was dressed in tights with blouson shorts and a jacket with puffy sleeves. The fabric was elegant and purple with gold thread throughout. My home was a large stone mansion. On this day I was taking my music lessons on the harpsichord. My teacher was Simon, an older lady with a somewhat sour and strict disposition. She was disappointed and upset with me because I did not want to play, even though I was quite a natural talent. The last day that I spent with her I was a few years older and I had decided to stop taking lessons. I was yelling at her and being disrespectful. She held out a watch to tell me that this healing process takes time. She also held a dead chicken which she threw in the trash. This tells me that I need to let go of the past. In this lifetime I lived to be an old man and died of heart problems peacefully in my bed.

The lesson that I learned from that lifetime is that I was foolish. I should not judge others harshly and say things that hurt their feelings. To release this disease I need to be nice to others and not angry. It will take time to heal.
