An excerpt from my healing sessions with a local Reiki-healer and spiritual guide. We begin with a Reiki session and then I do a guided meditation with her. We see where it will take us each time.

I am asking for guides, angels, and loved ones to come in that are connected to Pauline

As I work with Pauline’s energy field, I see accomplishment around her. A vision of Pauline comes in standing on a post, reaching for the sky, and she raises her hands up to the sky smiling, laughing. “I did it!”, she is saying.

With that I see the growth coming in. And this comes in with a vision of a trench all around Pauline and new growth, small trees are being planted.

And a voice starts to speak and the voice says, “Indeed new beginnings. Pauline has unloaded herself with the heaviness of ‘what if’s’, she has taken off the baggage of ‘what if’ and she has opened a door of new opportunities. This is not a door of heaviness, it is a door of acceptance. And in this acceptance we create new growth, new beginnings.”

A male spirit doctor steps in. He has a puppy dog with him. He looks at me and says, “A puppy dog is needed in the household of the hunts, for this puppy dog will bring so much love and playfulness.”

This doctor has been here before. He says, “So much new growth is coming in, so much.”

He shows me a vision of Simon carrying Pauline over the threshold of their newly renovated house. I see a lot of white walls but also some yellow and lavender. And the doctor spirit says, “The sun will shine on this house, for there will be so much more light coming in.”

And then he starts to rub Pauline’s legs, and he says, “Massage, these arms and legs need to be rubbed, moved; so the circulation will be activated.”

He also gives Pauline some water with lemon in it, “She needs to make a habit of drinking more water.”

He shows me this old-fashioned clock that you can sit on a mantel above a fireplace. It is dark in color. He nods, “This was mine.” And then he says, “Pauline will not concentrate on time, she will receive quality of time. She will not concentrate on what she cannot do, she will concentrate on what she can do. And this is part of her new beginning.”

Then out of nowhere the puppy starts to yap and the doctor spirit excuses himself as he lets this puppy out. He comes back empty handed and he says, “This summer will be a busy summer but there will be so much freedom coming up. It will be the freedom of of almost camping every day.”

He smiles as he says, “We are so proud of all the accomplishments they have done.”

Then I hear violin music in the background and he says, “Classical music has lots of wisdom as well, it soothes the mind.”

And with that I see Pauline leaning over and helping her daughter in a ballet outfit. I hear the music of the Nutcracker. And he says, “The youngest one is the one that will express herself in movement. She needs to move and twirl.”

This doctor spirits stays in the room, I cannot see his face but I see his stethoscope. And he says, “We are connected in many ways and Pauline will feel this connection.”

Then he opens a box of cigars, smells them and says, “They smell so good”. He allows himself to smoke one and says, “Smoking a joint does not harm the human, it is the nicotine that is harmful, not a joint.”

He then starts to sweep the energy away and he says, “Tell her that she will have so much laughter coming her way, so much joy. I see a flag outside a motorhome and it says ‘The Hunts Live Here’.

He smiles and says, “New beginnings indeed.”

Then he is gone but he comes back and says, “A mortgage is not forever, only my son knows this. But his mortgage might not give him what he wanted in life. He smiles and says, “Invest in some silver my son.”

Then he is gone.
