April 17 Healing Session

An excerpt from my healing sessions with a local Reiki-healer and spiritual guide. We begin with a Reiki session and then I do a guided meditation with her. We see where it will take us each time.

I assess Pauline’s energy and I feel some emotions; defeat, restlessness in the chest area. I get a feeling of, What is it all about? I worked so hard and yet I do not see the results that I have hoped to get. This energy is in her body. I noticed that her left foot is stronger than her right and all I do is let the healing energy come through and move where it needs to go.

I see several spirits coming in but one is standing out. It is an older lady with brown shoes, skirt, and jacket. She even has gloves on for the occasion as she starts to clap her hands. It is like she is clapping for all the things Pauline has accomplished. She says,”Tell her not to be defeated, tell her to embrace all the things she has done.”

And somehow the energy is shifting, almost like there is time to change roles so to speak. This older lady says,” Pauline has been fighting and fighting, almost like riding her bike, being in a race, and you fight because you want to make it to the finish line in a good time. It is time for her to see that all the fighting she has done has taken her to a place of accomplishment. But when we fight, we get exhausted, we feel defeated. And all she needs to do is to embrace herself, to love herself, to love her body just the way it is and then she is going to continue with what she is doing. But it will not be a race or fight anymore she will start to change her way of doing things, she will start to do things because they feel good, because she wants to, but not because she has to, that is going to make a big difference for herself. This is going to give her body peace and quiet. Then this older lady leaves but leaves dandelions behind.

As I work with Pauline’s body I sense a different frequency coming in. It is the frequency of acceptance, accepting her body just the way it is today. I see Pauline planting a small garden for her and the kids, there is so much joy in this.

A male spirit with a white coat steps in. He has distinct features; leathery, brown skin, and a small mustache. He bows his head and he says, “In the Tibetan culture our way of embracing is laughter, festivities, and leaving the enemies that we create behind. This is done by festivities in the street, and our way of accomplishment is then to celebrate with a good meal. Pauline is leaving her demons and it is time to celebrate. To celebrate her life just the way it is today. She is going to give herself some time to create a small party with family and friends and they’re all releasing white balloons for everything they have accomplished. Pauline will be a leader and advocate for many around her and she has accomplished so much already. A badge of honor is given to her in this time frame. Tell her to embrace all the things she has accomplished, tell her that her life is chosen with honor and respect and sealed by herself Pauline. Her life is a gift, and this gift she is opening in many ways. Defeat is placed in the mind of the owner, defeat is only displayed in a world of expectations. Time to celebrate, time to laugh, time to see that everything is well.

At the end of the session she hears Tibetan sounds, the low trumpet that rings across the whole valley.
