An excerpt from my healing sessions with a local Reiki-healer and spiritual guide. We begin with a Reiki session and then I do a guided meditation with her. We see where it will take us each time.

I assess Pauline’s energy field and I noticed that her heart chakra is working hard to open more. The words acceptance, love, healing, peace and guidance are presented in this energy like a guided tour of acceptance where she will allow herself to feel unlimited. Her energy shows the ability of feeling unlimited yet sometimes doubt creeps in.

As I work with her energy field I see healers coming in. First I see drummers coming in, many drummers. These drummers are from different nationalities, and they play their drums around people. The drums vibrate through her whole body, and some of these   drums open something up inside. It is the form of sound that will be able to replenish the cells of her so chosen physical design.

Then I see a tube coming from her head into her spine. Going down in this tube I see a crystal-like substance, almost like a protein, that is good for the muscles. And then I see a drain, a round-like version, in this tube and it has many tiny holes in it, all of the good stuff is blocked here, stuck, and it plugs the drain so to speak. All the good stuff cannot reach their destination. The vision of starving muscles then comes in, like they want this good stuff, but they cannot get it.

Then one of the drummers in my vision starts to unplug these with a small device. The drums sound in the background and he is trying to unplug these tiny holes. Then I see a tall man coming in. He is very lean and he shows himself as a warrior, a warrior that fought many battles.  And he says,”She has the strength of a warrior and this strength will bring her to the identity of a soul that will make a difference. Pauline will be able to show the world that she is not limited by any means, she will show others to accept and realize that with determination and strength their goals might change, but will still make a difference.”

This spirit says Pauline is inspired by the strength of others, strength and determination without legs or even arms. It is the physical mind that limits the ego and expression but when we accept and show ourselves that we limit ourselves, then we can really be free without limitation. This strength she will show to the world, and her written words will make others believe as well.

Then I see a female coming in. She gathers herbs and I see her in a large field of dandelions. She starts to pick these dandelions and she puts them on Pauline’s body and she says,” Drink the nectar and feel the soothing and the strength from this divine flower.” And then she is gone.

I hear doors open and I hear that Pauline will find that in her meditation retreat she will allow herself to quiet the mind. Her thoughts are sometimes too much in the future and not too much in the moment. And when she paints her paintings she brings herself into the now as well.

I hear singing, lots of singing, and I hear, “Do not ask why but ask how can I be the one that will not feel limited. This is a process she is working on in this process will give her determination, strength and willpower. Her experiences and written articles will inspire others to do the same and she will be an advocate for the others that feel limited.”

Then there is a small breeze coming in and I notice a lady. This lady is perhaps 60 or even a little older, she is in a wheelchair but she has crossed over and she smiles and says,”Pauline will make a difference, I did not have the strength and the determination that Pauline has, I had no more strength left and I let go.” She then shows me the scenery of a beautiful balcony setting there are more people on this balcony, they have something in common and she says Pauline will make a difference. She opens a roll with very thin paper and I see Chinese symbols on there and she says,” When we believe and trust then we allow ourselves to feel unlimited, we  form a bond with the force of energy that reflects back what we are here to create and this force is huge.” She then leaves.

And as the herb lady with the dandelions comes in again she says Pauline will hold her own strength and her unlimited well-being will show part of her self that will not feel limited at all.

At the end of the session my guide hears: The truth is to modify the words from limited into unlimited.
